Returns and Exchange.
All Shy Hero items are hand made in Melbourne with care and love. All items are thoroughly quality checked and adhere to Australia Standards. In the unlikely event that your purchased garment is found faulty we offer an exchange with postage included. Any product you send in exchange must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Please notify us at email@example.com of your intention to return/exchange or refund items strictly within 24 hours of delivery.
Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.
All of our original digitally printed linen is on strong Italian fibres which have natural imperfections. The ink used is water based which is an environmentally friendly detail that we love. Our local printer Next State recommends Dry Clean only to ensure less fading over time, however if you are not a fan of chemicals you will find a gentle cold hand wash and flat dry to care nicely for the fabric. Please be aware that this may cause the colours to fade but it also may give character to the linen as well.
All items are Hand Made to Order in Melbourne and can take 2-3 weeks before delivery. If you require an item sooner, we ask you to notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to help us process your order quicker.

PICK UP - Melbourne Only
You can now select PICK UP from Toast Workroom Brunswick. You will be notified by email when your order is ready to collect and we can arrange a time for you to pick up your items.
Once processed, parcels within Australia take around 2-5 days to reach their destination.
Worldwide parcels can take around 7-20 days to reach their destination.
We use Australia Post for all orders.
